Pork
1 pork tenderloin or 3/4 lb. boneless pork loin
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 to 1/2 cup water or apple juice
1 large clove garlic crushed
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons liquid honey
Slice pork into 3/4- inch-thick slices. Press meat down slightly to form a disk shape. Melt butter in a large frying pan set over medium heat. Add pork. Cook about 1 minute per side to lightly brown.
Immediately add water and reduce heat to medium-low. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and cook 3 to 4 minutes per side. Serve with vegetable kabobs.
